I had facial surgery from Dr. Kassis & profoundly regret it. I'm scheduled to have it all revised elsewhere. I found his work to be a mix of insufficient, sloppy, & uncanny. He attempted to gaslight me into liking his work. Once that failed I was met with accusations of body dysmorphia. The jaw (mandible) contouring he did is asymmetric. I have a CT scan to proove it. The right side looks uneven and wavy! He changed the surgical plan for my chin without my consent. Instead of the planned sliding genioplasty he grafted bone to the front of my chin. It did not fix the problems. But it did create new problems. He did a minimal 3mm upper lip lift. Half of what I needed and asked for. He did useless facial fat transfers on 2 separate occasions. 10cc & 11cc when 25cc was the plan each time. Said he could not get more fat. But 3 months later a different surgeon had no problems getting 190cc of fat for transfer that he used to help blend with my cosmetic hip implants. That's 15 times as much!

Aside from telling you how he totally changed my life with an insanely successful migraine surgery, it’s important to note that he has a great sense of humor. If someone thought he laughed AT them - they didn’t read the room right. Dr K made 7 years of months-long migraines vanish. My parents came with for the pre-op appts so he met them. 2 days into my recovery, my dad had a horrific brain hemorrhage and he checked on my dad (who was in the ICU) in the same hospital. Because my face physically never healed because I was in the ICU for a month with my dad, he did a corrective facial fat graft for me. Both procedures took hardly any time. Amazing bedside manner for being so crazy busy. Such a great team that works with him. He’s engaging and genuine. Honestly can’t wait to get a beautifying procedure from him!
