The office staff is horrible about processing the paperwork. God forbid they give you a referral, it will be messed up 99% of the time. Calling and speaking to someone is also challenging. So once they mess it up, and they will, good luck getting it fixed. They will tell you it is fixed and that they faxed it over, but the other doctor you were referred to will never get it. And then you are back to trying to call in and get it fixed again & again. I thought I would skip some of the hassle and do a tele-visit to go over my blood test results. Sat and starred at my screen while it said don't leave this page for about an hour before giving up. I finally left the page, and about 30 minutes later her office called to see if I wanted to rejoin, I said no thanks. When mentioning any complaint to Dr. Hilaly about her office, she has nothing but excuses, that's just how it is everywhere. Since we were bought out by BJC things are just different now. Excuse after excuse.
