Patient Reviews
Jul 12, 2023
I like Dr Daya very much. I have an issue with Dr Daya's RECEPTIONIST and OFFICE MANAGER. My 89yo mother had 3 appts to get an EKG cancelled 5-12 (I believe), 5-19, & 5-24 which we found out each time only after we arrived. My mother said she never wants to come back to this office again. I called USMD to complain about how we were received at the front desk denying our appointment as if this was our fault for coming on the wrong day. I told them that I did not want to lose a good doctor, but I need an apology from his office staff. Today July 12th, I received a call from Dr Daya's Office Manager asking me to set up a new appt. I told her I am waiting for an apology for how we were treated making three failed appt attempts only to be turned away each time through no fault of ours. She said she will not ask her staff to apologize and will continue to defend their actions. She said she will have her district manager to call me with an apology. We shall see.
