I had an appointment today ... after being at the appointment on time ... I was told that I could not have the procedure because I didnt have a mask ... I had to use a friend’s car that morning and my masks were in my car which I did not have access to ... the appointment was rejected and they said I’d have to reschedule ..the receptionist and the nurse that came out to tell me I could not have the procedure were wearing mask and I’m sure they had a extra mask That they could have charged me for ...I live 40 minutes away and will never go back to the clinic ... you guys could have fixed this easily but did nothing
