This may not be for her but for her employer Sutter Health. But, who knows, transparency on what they are doing, how much time they are really spending examining the patient versus what they are charging for the time spent is very opaque.I had a visit with my two kids. She hardly spent 30 minutes with both of them. Of which, she went out for 10-15 minutes to do some research. She didn't even examine closely (it was a skin rash situation). She stood far away and just talked. In the end, she just asked us to repeat the same process the previous doctor prescribed. They charged us for 1 full hour. When I spoke with Sutter Health customer service, their poker face answer was this is what the doctor said on the complexity of the diagnosis.Disappointed...
