I made an appointment online almost 2 months out but received a call THE DAY BEFORE my appointment to say that I never should have been able to book that time and it was impossible for me to see the doctor. Plus, there were no appointments for me. Delayed care for my 12yo by two months. This doesn't indicate a doctor who cares about helping patients.
