Give this doctor a pass. I wasn't even a patient, but was looking for a physician for my father who is elderly. We filled out and turned in the paperwork. They said call us in a week. We called in a week. They said call us in another week. We waited and called again. They said call us in another week and at that point I decided to call them back and demand to know why it was taking so long to get a decision. They never answered their call. I left 3 messages over the course of a few days and never received a call back. I never actually talked to anyone over the phone and I suspect that they don't actually have people answering the phones. The bad thing about this is that my father really needed to be seen by a physician and Dr. Nichols had left Urgent Care before my father could be seen, so he missed out on an apt that he wiated over a month for only to be jerked around by these people for 3 weeks.
