Horrendous office experiences at 7001 Forest Ave office. I had to wait 90 minutes one time, and they completely forgot about me. The man doing the testing was very upset that I had been left to wait that long. He wasn't even told by the staff that I had checked in (and I checked in early). A second time, I had to wait an hour, and they forgot about me again. I signed in, and the lady behind the desk was browsing her phone for an hour, and didn't even realize I was there. I also tried to get my medical records sent to another doctor a month ago for a serious condition. I had to send 4 messages before anyone replied. They then sent the medical records department the wrong information according to the medical records company CIOX. When I was finally called by someone at Dr. Wu's office about the records not being sent, the person had nothing but excuses about how I had been treated, and even told me that "she didn't like the way I was talking to her" instead of apologizing.
