Dr. Ellis dismissed my concerns and talked down to me during my post hospital follow up appointment. She didn't listen and acted very rush with everything. She didn't physically assess me to try to figure out the issue. I left without my concerns taking seriously. Maybe, she acted this way because I wasn't her patient instead I follow with one of her colleagues. " Common sense" should tell you not to talk down to your patients. By, the way I am a 26 year RN and there was no need to talk down to me as if I was a dummy.

I have been seeing Dr Ellis for over 6 years. I am healthy and only see her for my annual physical. I am 58 & on this Annual they hooked me up to an EKG. Never had this done, so I thought it was a new procedure, never said why they were doing it. Come to find out that I was charged for this! No explanation why during the visit. When I questioned this on the bill, I was told from the nurse that Dr. Ellis orders this every 2 years for patients over 50? I asked why have I never had this done before, I am over 50 & been coming for years. THEN, I was charged for a "Scheduled" appointment because Dr. Ellis talked about my bone density scan that I Had 2 years ago( I have osteoporosis) & on Medication. I asked about that charge, since she brought it up last year(no charge)THEY ARE PADDING the bill. When you go in for a physical/ well check you cant bring up anything or say anything or you will be charged. Never got a response from the Dr. and the billing Dept. was a joke. I found a new Dr.
