No good at all Was running behind with no explanation My 9 year old was scheduled to get his tonsils out at 1230pm Was called at 11am to reschedule for 130 pm Did not get infor surgery until 421 pm That is a long time for a child to wait with nothing to eat or drink No explanation for what we were waiting on Nursing staff no explanation for wait
