First the staff is incredibly disorganized and you feel like you have to tell them how to make a appointment and what questions they should be asking you. I have been called on multiple occasions and told I either needed to change my appointment because they had scheduled me when the doctor was out or they informed me of a appointment I hadn’t even scheduled. Second the doctor is rude and dismissed all of my concerns. She does not have respect for be patients or their parents.
