I had a Thoracotomy Jan.8,2024 Middle and lower lobes . My surgeons stress that my surgery was a very difficult serious surgery. I have been going to a pain clinic since Feb. they have been giving me pain meds that have never helped with my pain . After researching , I finally made an appointment with Dr. Sastry after patiently listening to me about my symptoms he diagnosed it as Intercostal Neuralgia . He is starting a planned procedure August 1. The pain is unimaginable. I am so glad I went to Dr. Sastry , it is a relief knowing someone is knowledgeable on this and that I can get relief for the pain. Thank you so much Dr.Sanjay Sastry !
