I have had several interactions with Dr. Kohli's staff but never directly with him. I also believe how the staff works with or helps the patient is a reflection of the owner's leadership and behavior. I tend to find the senior staff at Common Wealth Sleep Center (CWSC) very combative. I didn't agree with their claimed procedure they got from Cigna (and other insurance companies) they would ship the entire quarter's supply and bill it over the next 3 months because Cigna said so. I called the on that had both on the line only to discover CWSC could not produce to Cigna where they got it so Cigna can verify. Cigna said they didn't know of that policy and it should be claimed (billed) in the shipment's entirety. I think I will begin looking for another sleep apena health provider.
