I been seeing SARAH CHACKO at sleep specilist of Tidewater 2 years for osa. I cannot tolerate cpap or mandibular device. I have tried everything! CHACKO never has answers looks at me in my face and dismisses me when I tell her I’m exhausted and depressed! I did not know the correct term for DISE, I requested a "sleep induced sleep study" and she said she had no idea what I was talking about but wrote Cleary in the portal notes "I don't know if the patient is referring to DISE" so she lied to me and failed to refer me to ENT! I said maybe I need surgery. she said "those surgeries are painful and do not work". She pretended to not know what DISE is! Then prescribes more medicine for sleep? and says for the 3rd time in over a year "cpap takes months to get use to" im tired exhausted depressed and its taking a big tole on my life and single parenting with no support system!
