Went in for bloodwork and referrals for a chest scan and colonoscopy. She spent maybe ten minutes with me and I never saw or spoke with her again. Someone called me about my bloodwork and basically read a script to me about the results. They couldn't really answer any questions that I had beyond what was in the 'script.' How do I know that it was a script? Because when I asked for and received a copy of my 'results,' it was just printed off screen shots of the script. While the chest scan was referred as requested, the colonoscopy was NOT, even after I called to ask about it well after the appointment with Dr. Barowka. At 52 with a family history of colon cancer, it was well past time for my first colonoscopy, this should have been a priority for them. As far as I'm concerned, Dr. Barowka dropped the ball with me and I won't be returning. After not hearing back from them over a year later, I have moved on to more personalized care elsewhere.
