Patient Reviews
Aug 08, 2023
She was very cold and asked me questions which I answered. When I answered she would cut me off and dismiss what I was saying. For example I’d say my blood pressure was high and she would say well that doesn’t matter… a lot of people have high blood pressure, when it is a symptom and clearly the ER doctors thought it was significant enough to hold me there until it went down. If she would have let me finish my sentence then I could have told her exactly what previous doctors had told me. After being cut off many times, I just stopped trying to clarify and answered in one word answers that probably left out a lot of detail that was not in my chart. Her physical exam was so insanely fast I don’t understand how anyone could evaluate a patient that fast. The stethoscope stayed in each spot of my chest for less than a second. It was basically a tap. There is no way she could have heard anything. I understand it might have been a long day, but I don’t think this lack of care was acceptable.
