I loved this practice. For 8 years I saw my psychiatrist every 2-4 weeks. Eventually I was put on a medication which requires constant blood monitoring. She failed to monitor my blood levels for TWO YEARS and this resulted me having toxicity causing permanent damage to my kidneys, & liver, with temporary damage to my thyroid, and lasting neurological symptoms. I had symptoms of high levels for over a year and she never tested me. This could have been avoided. When I made it known that I was unhappy with the negligence that I received, the practice completely banned me instead of taking accountability and apologizing. They abandoned me over their own mistakes. They’re careless and they caused permanent damage to my body, shortening my life at 32 years old. My children won’t get to have their mom for as long as they deserve and she threw me to the wolves because I raised concern about her negligence. They’ve violated my patient rights and shown absolutely no empathy.
