The way this woman conducted herself while she was my son's provider was appalling. She was condescending and unprofessional. My son had trouble eating formula; I tried several different kinds, each time it would all come back up. I asked her what I could do, if there could be an issue other than the formula, etc. Her only solution was to make me do a journal to prove I was feeding him and changing him like I said I was. I did the journal, she never mentioned it again. Never looked into another reason, either. We eventually found a formula that he kept down -- NO thanks to her. At one visit, she snapped at me to put a new diaper on my son after she was done examining him. I asked her to help hand me a diaper from my bag, she ignored me. I bent down to grab one (with my hand still on my son) and she literally yelled at me for the rest of the visit. I missed ONE appointment due to a car accident and she had a **social worker** call me the same day. This woman made every visit extremely uncomfortable as much as she possibly could and to this day I never got an answer why. She is unhinged. Glad to be rid of her.
