Ms. McKnight appeared arrogant and rushed from the beginning. There was inaccurate documentation in the notes.Then to top it off declined to see the children on a pre-scheduled appointment in which one of my children needed teeth pulled by a pediatric dentist. Thankfully we found a better dentist somewhere else.
