Patient Reviews
Apr 09, 2025
Despite being a patient of Dr. Potash for 10 years, during which time she delivered both my children and I had regular annuals, , I received absolutely no care from her (or any OB) during a miscarriage at 7 wks. Nurse Amy Fogerty who in her words "did me a favor" by testing my HCG, discussed private information in public waiting room, claimed "no baby" without ultrasound, told me "go home & bleed." Endured days heavy clotting bleeding and pain. When I called seeking an urgent follow-up appt with Dr. Potash, I was refused and redirected to Fogerty who denied previous statements and claimed I wasn't considered a patient. When I finally spoke to Dr. Potash herself on the phone, she was shockingly cold and dismissive about my traumatic experience and the lack of care I'd received from her office. After this failure, I sought help elsewhere; my GP (who was livid) facilitated new OB appt where I was treated properly and respectfully, confirming the negligence at Dr. Potash's practice.
