She doesn't care about the child, family, nor fairness... just cares about using the wrong billing code to get $$$ for the hospital. I asked her to review her notes and see why they billed us incorrectly and she said she won't. Emergency dept admitted my son for a brain cyst, but she didn't even look into it before discharge.
