They didn’t care about the patient. They called me and said that MRI is not necessary because the insurance. I called them and the office didn’t send anything. Request pending. Next when I was done with MRI and have to see him again because he has to explain me about the MRI results, office lady called me and said that the insurance has been changed and you don’t need the appointment. It’s really frustrating because I checked my insurance and is still active. The worst doctor ever and clinic.
