Dr. Kongkachen had poor listening skills, talked over me, argued with me, and would not acknowledge what I was saying about my medical history until I handed her printed out test results. She ordered lab work and said she would respond the following Monday. She did not respond. I called the clinic for three days. On the third day they told me I needed to make an appointment with a different provider in order to review test results. The in-person experience was terrible and the follow-up care non-existent.
