Dr. Potluri is thorough and competent as a physician should be. But in addition, he always makes a point to go the extra mile and connect with his patients and their families on an emotional and personal level. He tries to understand the whole picture and make sure the patient and their loved ones are well-informed and feel cared for. He makes time to comfort those in need and that is what sets him apart.
