Completely unprofessional staff. Only gave one star as zero wasn't an option. Their administrative staff is rude, they refuse to give me my son's medical records stating it will take two weeks, then Holly had the audacity to say "he must not be that important because I've worked here 15 years and I don't know your son". I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well as the Attorney General regarding their refusal to release my son's medical records to me.
