Dr. Charlene is awesome. My problem is with one of the receptionist. Been a regular patient since 2017. Called to get an appointment due to blood in nose and terrible drainage from ear. Receptionist said it would be a couple of weeks before I could see him….then said it would be 3 days. That is unacceptable with the problems I am having.
