I called & booked an appointment. I gave all of my health insurance information to the woman who scheduled me. She advised that the doctor was in network & would see me the following week. 2 days before the appointment, the office called to reschedule my appointment because 'something came up'. Then, I got another call later the same day saying that the doctor that I was scheduled with was still 'pending' in my network. They asked if I wanted to keep my appointment & I obviously refused. Thank you so much NY Orthopedics for wasting my time.
