My 61 year old sister was in Rosewood Rehab after suffering a stroke. She developed a deep cough and was listless, unable to sit unassisted. She became disoriented and fell. An x-ray revealed pneumonia, her condition deteriorated to the point she needed to be transferred to the hospital. Dr. Bowlin refused to come in and evaluate her, refused to speak with the family and refused to have her transported.
