Being fair he seems lost,first time I visited told him lost 35 pounds, he asked guestions, that came to getting colon checked because at age 72 I never had one, then later got a call he wanted to see me. Office visit he wanted to know why I was there, so he had my hospital date set, so I went out side in the woods and got Rocky Mountain spotted fever went to the office saw somebody else and got meds, next day my ears started ringing like really bad,thinking it’s the meds did nothing, went to hospital got my colon check done 20 years late, all good. I went to him for well being check, gave him hospital records the first thing he said was why did I go since I have every year got to send in testing,not the real thing, I am lost with him so odd not like I ever seen before, blood test came back he changed my meds and then the insurance company called he sent in extra office Billings that were refused, so now he coming after me for the unpaid parts yes more than a few, again the insurance called me hours of time,they assigned me another doctor because of his charges, and their looking out for me. Dr. Bilbao has served 29 years of service and I served 50 years in law enforcement and our armed service. Now I know I not heard the last of this, but I know on thing they got to bring their A Game
