After $6000 and 18 months of aligners, I never received a proper retainer and the next to last aligner was missing. I wore the last aligners in pain. After 4 months of that, I had to stop wearing them and my teeth started to shift. I returned to his office to hear that we have to start over and it will be $1750 and I cannot pay in payments. So I guess it wasn't enough that I paid for his new deck on the house and a few family vacations. I was ready to pay a few hundred dollars to get 2-3 months of aligners to move the teeth back and then get a REAL final retainer. I find Dr. Gersch and his Invisalign partner to be elitist and only out for the money. They are the opposite of understanding. Those aligners cost 25 cents to make. Good news is I am getting 4 months of aligners through a reputable online company and they allow payments for $54 a month.
