I had a telehealth appointment with Scot Baymiller in Knoxville back in February and I'm sent a message just before the appointment that he has to cancel due to being sick. I have to reschedule the appt a month out in March and I'm on my laptop waiting for him to come on and 8 minutes before we are to start, I get another message that he has to cancel due to being sick yet again. I ask the gentleman who had notified me via chat why I'm not notified earlier two months in a row. Someone was to get back to me , but no one did. Needless, to say I have an appointment with another psychiatrist in Brentwood, Tn. I do not recommend anyone go with the office of Scot Baymiller. Maybe he was sick two months in a row! Maybe he wasn't! I hope not, but what a waste of time you may experience like I have if you choose this office. I hope this negative review will motivate your office to make the neccessary changes, so others want have to go thru this and write another bad review. Burck S
