Dr. Kalinowski seems knowledgeable and is a good communicator, however his front office is completely incompetent, as well as rude. I spent over a week simply trying to get an appointment for a biopsy, and still couldn't get their 'scheduler' to call me back. Every time I called they said to keep my phone with me and I'd hear something within 48 hours. Then nothing. And that happened THREE TIMES. Consequently, I had to start all over with a new urologist. If you decide to see this doctor, be prepared for a loud, blaring TV in the waiting room playing continuous political stuff, nobody at the front desk until you make enough noise for them to come out and do their jobs, and absolutely no follow up when you call for appointments.
