Scott Firestein called me a crazy cat lady because I asked about sterilization. He refused to answer questions about birth control and instead told me I was obviously unstable and had control issues. He then refused to treat me until I was on psychiatric medications. He laughed in my face when I got upset. I have never felt so horrible, or been so mistreated by a doctor. I tried to file complaints. I called his office twice weekly for seven weeks. They must know that he did something wrong, as they dropped the bill.

He diagnosed my breast cancer and arranged for further steps to becoming a survivor.
