I am warning others regarding deep fillings on teeth #4, #14, and #15 performed by Dr. Hashemi. After the procedure, I suffered two weeks of debilitating pain. A second opinion confirmed the fillings were placed too close to the nerve without necessary sedative liners or bases—a standard requirement for deep cavities. This caused acute pulpal distress, and a different dentist had to replace all three fillings with proper medication to resolve the pain.During the procedure, I had a severe physiological reaction (uncontrollable shaking), yet Dr. Hashemi did not pause or check vitals. The office claims I was informed of these risks, but I was never verbally advised of the high risk of failure or acute distress. Standard paperwork is not a substitute for clinical communication. My pain only stopped once the work was redone correctly by another provider. I have filed complaints with my insurance and the State Dental Board. Seek care elsewhere.
