I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Chin and his entire staff. After years of struggling with other pain management offices, finding this practice has been an absolute relief. From the very first call, the difference was obvious. They actually answer the phone. That may sound simple, but anyone who has dealt with chronic pain and other pain management clinics knows how rare that is. At other offices, I was constantly leaving voicemails, waiting days or even weeks for a callback—if I ever received one at all. Dr. Chin’s staff is responsive, organized, and genuinely caring. When you’re in pain and need help, that level of accessibility means everything. Instead of waiting months and months for insurance approvals and appointments, they worked efficiently and professionally to get me scheduled for the steroid injection I desperately needed within two weeks. Living with chronic pain is exhausting, and navigating the healthcare system can make it even harder. Dr. Chin’s office removes that frustration. The team is compassionate, communicative, and clearly committed to helping their patients get relief as quickly as possible. If you are looking for a pain management provider who respects your time, answers your calls, and actually helps you move forward with treatment, I highly recommend Dr. Chin and his staff.
