Office staff claims to have notified us before services were rendered (well visits for our children including vaccines) that they were no longer taking our insurance. We have no recollection of any such conversation. The office staff has no documentation that such a conversation ever occurred. We NEVER would have proceeded with the visits had we known that they were no longer taking our insurance. Instead of admitting the mistake, they stuck us with the bill and refused to back down.
