I found the visit unpleasant. The hygienist was very nice, but she talked a lot and was constantly trying to get me to agree to procedures that I did not want. Upselling was the name of the game. They had a disturbing video playing on the screen above my head with skeleton in motion. My x-rays were messed up the first time by the hygienist and she had to do them over. You would think that they would only charge me once for the x-rays since the problem was their fault, but you thought wrong. I got another bill a week later with two charges for x-rays that should have been included in my cleaning and check-up. Then the dentist came in and didn't speak to me, only to the hygienist. Next they showed me when their AI bot thought I might have a chance of getting cavities. I asked if I had any cavities, and she said no, but AI says you MIGHT get them. What!?! Just another thing to charge me more for. A yearly check-up and cleaning that should not have cost me anything, cost over $400.
