If I could give 0 I would… From the front desk telling my daughter “ next time make an appointment or go to the gas station “ when she went to the restroom after waiting TWO HOURS for me. To the doctor telling me he only slightly numbed me because it was Saturday, I was his last patient and he was ready for his day to be over.. To having post op compilations the day of surgery and not getting a call back from the after hours provider.. to the receptionist saying “what your problem honey “ when I called in on Monday morning to ask about my pain… Saddest excuse of a medical practice I’ve ever seen!
