Horrible. He has been assigned to my 90 year old mother and has never made any effort to talk with family. I have POA and have been requesting to talk with him for several days. She is in quarantine for covid under his care now for 9 days and he refuses to make a call to me to discuss keeping her comfortable in her final days. Very sad to know someone like this is taking care of the elderly. Where is the compassion!
