Dr. Kipnis and his staff are caring, professional, courteous, and most importantly, SO VERY GOOD at what they do. One thing that stood out for me during my procedure was how simple actions and office banter helped when I faced an uncomfortable health crisis. Just a few words of encouragement, a light tap on a shoulder or compassionate eye contact goes a long way to assure someone that everything will be alright. And Dr Kipnis was right... I'm back to my old self again! Much gratitude to all at Dr. Kipnis' office for helping me heal.
