*In Focus in Milford CT-Poor customer service and inferior products* I purchased a pair of Ray Ban prescription sunglasses at In Focus, in Milford, CT approximately 5 years ago. After 4 1/2 years, I began to notice the green shading application started to decompensate. Due to Covid 19, I delayed going into this store for resolution until today, (6 mos later). The woman who waited on me was rude, and simply stated "I must have mistreated these sunglasses", and suggested "I must have baked them in an oven"!! She told me they would only warranty their work for 1 year for a pair of prescription sunglasses!! These glasses cost me over $600 five (5) years ago, and during those years, always took care of them, and used its RayBan case for storage. Terrible customer service at this eyeglass store, and obviously they sell inferior products, and do not stand behind their work. I would never return to this eye center.....EVER.
