Dr. Malhotra is great, but it is unfortunate that the practice she works for is incapable of showing care for the patients. The staff is just there to show up for their day to day. Absurd wait times over the phone, never being able to actually be seen by an MD for any appointments you attempt to schedule, and lack of proper communication and care from the nurses is unfortunate. They do not follow up or ask questions to the actual provider in a timely manner. I am giving this a 3, as I feel this is a fair rating for Dr. Malhotra (5) and her staff/practice (1) as a combined whole.
