My mother was treated by Dr. Satpute. She is a cancer survivor who within the last couple years has had cancer to reappear in another area. Since she was a cancer patient in 2013, she is supposed to receive yearly cat scans. Dr Satpute did not give her cat scans for 2 years straight. When she insisted he appeared to be upset and asked her angrily why she felt she needed a cat scan. She replied since she had cancer before she is to receive yearly cat scans. Well he finally gave her the cat scan at her insistence. Before she could get home he called her to inform he made appointments for her to see another doctor and for her to come in the next week. When she came back to the office, Dr. Satpute informed Mom that she had Stage 3 Ovarian Cancer. My family and I feel that had he given Mom her yearly cat scans and not skipped 2 years, her diagnosis could have been caught sooner. Mom is now suffering with the chemo treatments that have not worked.
