Dr Kaul is amazing, wonderful and very knowledgeable. She takes her time and is very empathetic. The office staff is horrible. My daughter was put on unithyroid by Dr Kaul. EVERYTIME she needed a Prior Authorization, it was like pulling teeth with the office staff to get it done. I too work in a Doctors office I am well aware how PA's work. The one girls sounds like she is on Meth. The office staff in incompetent to do daily work like PA's and refill scripts. Horrible
