Can I leave 0 stars? Dr. Shalini Kansal is the worst doctor I've had the displeasure of seeing or meeting in my life. After having a terrible first experience, that was not only condescending but also uncomfortable and without any proper discharge instructions, I came back for my follow-up. She said "pharmacists aren't as smart as doctors" and other unwarranted comments but couldn't take time to give proper discharge directions. I requested a different doctor and was told that she was the best and I should give her another try. I did, and at the end of the visit, she apologized saying she must've had a bad day and offered a hearing test. This made it seem as though the audiology test was going to be FREE, compensated for my experience. Instead, I got charged for a test I DIDN'T NEED as I'm a healthy young women with NO HISTORY OF HEARING PROBLEMS. Doctors should not put patients through unnecessary testing nor should they trick patients into doing expensive procedures for NO REASON.
