This is a mismanaged mess. Called to set up new apt for a new patient. Scheduled apt for 2 weeks out, 2 days before the appointment got a call that the person that scheduled it made an error and it was virtual visit. I agreed to virtual and scheduled an in person for almost month and a half out. Have my virtual visit and proceeded to have some tests of which they were not coded correctly and billing is incorrect and then to find out that my in person appointment was cancelled without any notification. Now trying to deal with issues on tests being coded incorrectly as well as trying to find a new pc. My virtual visit with the doctor was fine, she was sympathetic but that's about it; some results came back that needed further attention but were not addressed by doctor. This is a hard no on this doctor and services.
