Patient Reviews
Dec 13, 2023
My visit was early November. After reviewing all of my symptoms to include enduring pain while waiting for my appt (which was rescheduled twice by the office), The PA told me she was sorry for my 'discomfort.' I told her I was having pain, not discomfort. I was also told to make another appt with a doctor because I probably needed surgery and she couldn't help me. The office rescheduled my original appt with doctors. So they wasted my time with this PA. I go back days later and see Dr. Sheffield who also minimized my pain by saying I was only having discomfort from a bulky uterus. He said that it needed to be removed and that a scheduling nurse would follow up with me. 1 month later, and counting, No one from the office has called to schedule a procedure. This is even after leaving 3 voicemails and my husband went by in person to request a follow up call. I have never felt so devalued. They minimize my pain/symptoms and are in no hurry to treat or even communicate with me.
