Dr Grimes is great doctor but her office staff is not educated on which insurances they are in network with! The office told me they were in network and billed me $380(after my insurance paid $200) for an annual that should have been covered at 100%. I spoke to the office manager Debbie, 10 plus times. We even put my insurance on three way, when they agreed they were out of network. Debbie said the office would not charge me the $380 because her staff should have been educated and told me they were in network with my insurance. Flash forward 2 years from this incident, I got new insurance and wanted to give them a try again. They told me I had a balance of $380 when I was checking in for my appointment (which was sent to collections!) The office manager Debbie came out of her office after making me wait for 30 minutes with an attitude. She only remember speaking to me once and asked why my insurance never paid the claim, she only had one note in her system even though I spoke to her 10 plus times. This office tells patients they are in network, then when their insurance does not cover the cost they demand the patient to pay! This is called balanced billing! $500 for a preventative visit is insane! 10/10 would not recommend to anyone ever
