First I had my two girls there which one of them it was their first visit. The dentist didn’t acknowledge my baby or introduce her self. The techs were wonderful. My toddler then had a cleaning and she did the same, no acknowledgment of her, my daughter was nervous, she then began to work on her without informing her who she was and what she was doing. As a mom, I was hurt. Last straw was my appointment after.. I decided to give one more chance. She came in and said two words… never introduced her self, spoke to her tech about me while working in my mouth and never acknowledged me, my anxiety and fear. She didn’t even speak to me about the problem. She spoke to her tech about me even telling the tech I recommend she do this etc… I’m in the chair right here…. Horrible bedside manner and so many brag about her… I have no idea how. I will not be returning. I wouldn’t recommend her to anyone or their children. Techs were amazing. -Way to make people leave
