My 23 year old daughter had a horrific experience with this practice. They did an unnecessary biopsy on her foot which was extremely painful, did not use antibiotic ointment or a non-stick gauze pad on the two sites. When we had to change the bandage the next day, the gauze was terribly stuck to the wounds and took an hour to remove by soaking which likely caused a severe infection. When we called at 12:30pm on a Thursday for advice we were told to call Monday morning. The infection was spreading so rapidly that we had to bring her to the ER to get her IV antibiotics. The ER doctor said she should have had prophylactic antibiotics. She had to cancel her flight because she can’t bear any weight on her foot. The staff refused to write a letter on letterhead to the airlines so she could get a refund for the missed flight. She needs to go to a podiatrist now because she has nerve pain running up her leg when she tries to walk. When relayed to office manager, no genuine apology offered.
